Soft cheese recipes

The broad assortment of our GAZi soft cheese varieties leaves no wishes left unfilled: Depending on taste, they fit with all kinds of salads, can be enjoyed as  antipasti or Mediterranean-pure as breakfast cheese. Our cow, sheep and goat cheese products are made of fresh milk without additional preservatives or additives. We use 100% pure cow's milk for the white cheese and Tulum nomad's cheese, 100% sheep's milk for the sheep cheese and 100% goat's milk for the goat cheese.
