Quality and sustained success are not accidents. They're the result of many individual factors: Motivation, a high readiness to perform, concentration and stamina are needed to reach these goals. That holds for a company as well as for competitive sports. To express this company philosophy and also give athletes and sports clubs a basis for achieving success, GAZi has supported professional sports for many years.

GAZi has been the main sponsor of the German Bundesliga football (soccer) team VfB Stuttgart since the 2010/2011 season. The company had been in the foreground with its brand GAZi as the main sponsor for the first two years. While the sponsorship of VfB Stuttgart by GAZi was a heartfelt matter for company founder and chairman Dr. Eduardo Garcia on the one hand, it reflects a logical connection of two internationally acting, but still traditionally rooted partners on the other hand. Among the professionals at VfB Stuttgart we find players from various nations coupled with the astonishingly good local players from the youth division and without them German football would not have some of its national players. This togetherness, this integrative force was an outstanding supplement to the main sponsor GAZi. The brand GAZi moved to the back row of sponsors in the 2012/2013 season but thereby gives its sponsorship the necessary sustainability.

For 10 years now, GAZi has been the main sponsor of Stuttgarter Kickers and remains loyal to the club. The naming rights for Kicker’s home field “GAZi-Stadion auf der Waldau” were also acquired and are preserved up to 2014.
GAZi is the exclusive main sponsor of Kickers’ youth and sustainably promotes the club and invests in the future of young talents since the 2012/2013 season.

Achieving success is an important driving force in the sport. But engagement in a club means much more: It offers the opportunity for integration and promotes social competence and teamwork. And so GAZi is also active in youth and popular sports. You can see proof of this every weekend on the sport fields in Baden-Württemberg - the company now supports 500 amateur football clubs and hobby teams.

While the main effort of GAZi's sport sponsoring activities is football, the company is also active in boxing. Successful boxers like Firat Arslan, Sinan Samil Sam and Juan Carlos Gomez carry the Stuttgart company's logo in the ring. GAZi is now active in women's boxing, too, and sponsors Sahin Oezlem. The boxing stable Arena Sports-Promotion, with many well-known boxers, is also supported by GAZi.
