GAZi Altin Kaymak with 23% fat in the resealable dish is a dairy product made of cow's milk. It's very popular in the Near and Middle East. After the milking, the milk is first heated, and the resulting top layer of cream is then skimmed off in several steps. It's actually layered cream and has been traditionally used as an accompaniment for desserts or as a bread spread. But it's also excellent for refining sauces.
