Grill-and-pan-cheese skewers

 

Ingredients

2 package GAZi grill and frypan cheese
1 pepper
1 onion
4 mushrooms
  olive oil
1 garlic clove
  thyme, oregano, rosemary
  black pepper
Put oil, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl. Add finely chopped garlic, thyme, oregano and rosemary. Cut grill and frypan cheese, pepper and onion in cubes of about 2 cm in size. Place the cheese, pepper and onion cubes and the mushrooms in the marinade and turn. Marinade them covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Preheat grill. Alternate the mushrooms, cheese, onion  and pepper cubes on metal skewers. Grill the skewers on the grating for approx. 8 minutes, brushing them repeatedly with the marinade.
