Grill and pan cheese with spicy dressing

 

Ingredients

1 package GAZi grill and frypan cheese
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. coriander seeds
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp. coarse mustard
  salt, black and red pepper
For garnish rucola, red pepper, chives
Cut the grill and frypan cheese into eight slices and grill it golden-brown on both sides. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Place the slices of grill and frypan cheese on prewarmed plates. With a spoon, sprinkle vinaigrette over the slices. Garnish with rucola, chives and strips of red pepper.
