GAZi grill and frypan cheese

cold-pressed olive oil

Cut the grill and frypan cheese into cubes (approx. 2 cm thick). Pour olive oil, oregano, thyme and coriander into a bowl and stir to make a marinade. Heat the marinade in the pan. Add grapes and the grill and frypan cheese. Sauté the cubed grill and frypan cheese in the hot marinade until golden-yellow on all sides.
Serve with a lemon slice.
