Pita bread with grill and pan cheese

 

Ingredients

1 package GAZi grill and frypan cheese
1 pita bread
1 tbsp. GAZi yogurt
  head of lettuce
  red cabbage
  white cabbage
  salt, red pepper
1 garlic clove
1 onion
1 tomato
  olive oil
Cut the grill and frypan cheese into slices and fry them in a pan with some oil. Divide the pita bread into quarters and cut it from above so that the lower part of the bread remains closed. Cut lettuce, cucumber, pepper, red and white cabbage into small pieces and place in the pita bread. Season with some salt and pepper.

For the sauce: Squeeze garlic clove through a garlic press and stir together with the yogurt and some water into a medium-thick sauce. Pour the sauce over the filling.
