Cut the grill and frypan cheese into slices and fry them in a pan with some oil. Peel onion and cut into small pieces. Also cut the lettuce, tomato, red and white cabbage into small pieces and put in the middle of the pastry, together with the grill and frypan cheese and the onions. Season with some salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and roll them up.
For the sauce: Squeeze garlic clove through a garlic press and stir together with the yogurt and some water into a medium-thick sauce. Pour the sauce over the filling.
