grated GAZi Kashkaval Cheese |

Place broccoli in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.
Add the tip of a teaspoon of carbonate. (Carbonate prevents the broccoli from lowing its colour.) Puree the warm broccoli in the mixer.
Melt the margarine in a pan and brown the flour in it. Add flour and mix together. Beat the water and milk with the cream and add it to the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper and bring it to a boil while stirring.
Stir in the grated Kashkaval and continue to cook around 10 minutes, then serve.
