Kashkaval milk soup

 

Ingredients

1 glass rice
1 glass milk
2 zucchinis
1 onion
2 - 3 garlic cloves
1 coffee cup flour
1 coffee cup soy oil
2 tablespoons GAZi Kashkaval Cheese
  salt
  dill
Wash rice and boil it in lightly salted water. Grate the onions, heat the soy oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until they are tender and transparent.

Add the finely chopped garlic cloves, salt, milk and flour. Grate the zucchini and put it together in the pot with the cooked rice. Also add the finely chopped dill and cook the soup until thick.

Pour the grated Kashkaval over it and serve it hot.
