Onion soup with Kashkaval

 

Ingredients

2 tbsp. GAZi butter
6 glasses beef broth
4 onions
1 tbsp. flour
1 glass grated GAZi Kashkaval Cheese
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Cut the onion in rings and sauté in butter until transparent. Add flour and sauté until brown. Then mix in salt and beef broth and bring to a boil. Later remove the pan from the stove and serve with Kashkaval and melted butter.
