  • For all grill fans, GAZİ Hellim with 45 % fat i.d.m. – cheese for pan and grill, refined with mint, is a welcome change when grilling, especially in the summer. Thanks to its special texture, it offers a variety of preparation options. It's outstandingly suited for grilling, baking and frying in the pan, since it keeps its form when heated. And so it's a special treat at every time of the year. A special feature of delicious Hellim is its light squeak when chewed, which is absolutely desirable.
