    The sliced cheese, popular in the Balkans and in Turkey, has a strong, savoury flavour with a light salty note. The Kashkaval is made from cow's milk and not only tastes great cold but is also perfect for casseroles or as a pizza topping. Or you can eat it like the connoisseurs do, in thick pieces, to better taste the cheese. With less than 0.1 % lactose you can enjoy this cheese carefree.
