Kashkaval

semi-hard cheese, 250 g

  • GAZİ Kashkaval with 45 % fat i.d.m. is a very popular semi-hard cheese in the Balkans and Turkey. It has a savoury and powerful taste, rounded out with a light, salty note. Fanciers eat it in coarser pieces, since the flavour can unfold better. Kashkaval is made from cow's milk and not only tastes especially good cold, but is outstanding when baked on casseroles or as a pizza topping.

    Also available in the 400 g and 800 g foil package.
