made of 100 % goat's milk, 800 g

  • For GAZİ Goat Cheese with 50 % fat i.d.m., we use 100 % high-quality goat's milk. The share of milk protein is somewhat less than with cheese made of cow's milk, so someone with a milk-protein allergy can tolerate it better. It tastes aromatic and is also mild, so it can be used in the kitchen in many ways.

    You can also buy it in the resealable 400 g can.
