  • ACAI BOWLS - FOR ALL PINK LOVERS

Acai, a superberry from Brazil, is available as a powder, juice or frozen pulp. Foodies love acai because of its high nutrient content. The slightly tart taste is a great complement to sweet ingredients. The acai berry is said to have an anti-aging effect, strengthen the cardiovascular and immune systems, and improve overall performance. Acai, made with frozen banana, makes a wonderful base for a bowl. It's super fast and very refreshing in the summer. Raspberries or blueberries are a good addition. If you like, just add almonds or coconut flakes.

  • CHIA BOWLS - THE SUPER HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Chia seeds are a favourite among superfoods. When you add them to liquid, the seeds swell and get a jelly-like consistency. The popular ingredient has super nutrients. Chia is naturally gluten-free and lasts for a long time. Since chia seeds taste relatively neutral, they work well in combination with coconut or almond milk. Add a little honey, maple syrup, vanilla or cocoa powder and let soak for at least 1 hour: your chia pudding is ready. If you're in a hurry in the morning, prepare it the night before and leave it in the fridge.

  • SMOOTHIE BOWLS - HEALTHY NUTRITIONAL BOMBS

The liquid breakfast trend is about more than just drinks. You can also eat a smoothie from a bowl, which makes it perfectly acceptable for breakfast. To achieve a slightly thicker smoothie, add oatmeal or chia seeds. Frozen fruit or vegetables ensure a creamy consistency. Let your creativity run wild - for example, a green smoothie with spinach, mint and banana or red berry smoothie with frozen berries and coconut milk. There is no better way to start the day, especially in the summer. Flaxseed, chia seeds or oatmeal ensure your happiness lasts a long time and prevent cravings. Make a smoothie bowl special with pretty edible flowers, exotic fruits and coconut flakes. Your imagination knows no limits.
