3/4 cucumber, washed and roughly chopped 1 spring onion, washed and roughly chopped 1 handful rocket parsley dill 200 g GAZİ Natural Yogurt 200 g GAZİ Krem Kaymak 75 ml butter milk 1 clove garlic salt ground black pepper half a lemon, juiced 1 GAZİ Organic Grill and Pan Cheese Mediterranean Herbs 1/4 cucumber, finely sliced wooden kebab sticks
1. To make the soup, place all the ingredients into a blender and mix.
2. Grill the Grill and Pan cheese on both sides in a grill pan and then cut into pieces.
3. Skewer the sliced cucumber and the cheese onto the kebab sticks.
4. Transfer the soup to bowls and serve with a dollop of yogurt and the kebabs. Garnish with dill.
