1/2 loaf of gluten-free white bread, sliced 2 cloves of garlic 100 g sürme Peyniri cream cheese 1/2 honeydew melon 125 g bresaola 50 g fresh rocket olive oil honey GAZİ Grill and Pan Cheese Honey BBQ
1. Toast the slices of white bread or grill using a grill pan until golden-brown.
2. Grill the GAZİ Honey-BBQ Grill Cheese in an oiled grill pan until golden-brown and cut into small pieces.
3. Lay the toasted bread on a serving platter, rub with the garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Spread the rocket, honeydew melon balls, bresaola and grill cheese over the crostini.
5. Drizzle with some honey.
