2 jars morello cherries 5 bsp red fruits tea 1 organic orange 50 g sugar 4 cloves 1 cinnamon stick 4 Pck. GAZİ grill and pan cheese winter edition
1. Bring 1 litre of water to the boil and make the fruit tea. Leave the tea to infuse for 5 mins, then strain. Meanwhile, drain the morello cherries and pour the juice into a bowl, then leave to one side.
2. Peel the orange zest so that it forms a spiral. Squeeze out 6 tbsp of juice from the orange and add to the bowl with the cherry juice.
3. Caramelise the sugar in a pan until it is golden brown. Only stir it when it starts to melt in one spot. Douse it with the orange and cherry juice, then add the cloves, orange zest spiral and 1 cinnamon stick and boil until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the cloves, orange zest and cinnamon.
4. Add the tea and cherries and warm through. Serve the winter punch in mugs.
5. Prepare the GAZİ grill and pan cheese winter edition according to the instructions on the packet and add the plum dip as a finishing touch. Now enjoy your delicious winter snack with the punch.
