Preparation
1. Place the egg, flour and panko flour on three separate plates. Dust the Grill and Pan Cheese with flour first, then coat with egg and finally cover with panko flour until it is completely coated.
2. Add 50 ml olive oil to a grill pan and fry the Grill and Pan Cheese schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.
3. Mix together the mango, cucumber, spring onion, lemon juice, salt and parsley with a dash of olive oil to make a salsa.
4. Serve the Grill and Pan Cheese schnitzel hot with the mango salsa as a dip.
