400 g red cabbage 2 medium-sized pears 1 shallot 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 100 g walnuts 2 Pck. GAZİ grill and pan cheese edition 10 g Honey 30 ml cider vinegar 30 ml cloudy apple juice 40 ml walnut oil
1. Cut the red cabbage into thin strips. Peel the pears and shallot. Roughly dice the pears and finely chop the shallot. Then put the cabbage, pears and shallot into a bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix the honey, cider vinegar, apple juice, walnut oil, salt and pepper and pour over the raw vegetable salad. Leave to infuse well.
3. Crumble the walnuts by hand and scatter over the salad.
4. Dice the GAZİ grill and pan cheese Winter edition and prepare according to the instructions on the packet. Add to the salad and serve whilst still warm.
Tip: If required, the plum preserve can be drizzled over the red cabbage salad as a topping.
