125 g raspberries 1/2 vanilla pod 125 g blueberries 2 tbsp honey 250 ml GAZİ UHT milk 4 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp coconut flakes 1/2 passion fruit raspberries chia seeds
1. Wash the raspberries carefully. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the paste. Puree the raspberries, blueberries, honey and vanilla seeds with the GAZİ UHT milk and place in a sealable glass. Add the chia seeds and stir well. After about 10 to 20 minutes stir well again so that the seeds do not clump together. Close the jar and let the seeds swell in the fridge overnight.
2. The next day, pour the chia pudding into bowls, and top with the berries, coconut flakes, chia seeds and passion fruit.
