Pumpkin Smoothie

  • PREPARATION

    1. Put all ingredients except for the nuts in the blender and puree.

    2. Chop nuts, roast in a pan until golden brown and spread over the smoothie as a topping.

    ½ banana
    100 g Hokkaido pumpkin (cooked)
    150 ml GAZİ Milk
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    1 date
    nuts
