1. Slice the spring onion into rings. Place the tomato into boiling water briefly and then remove and peel off the skin. Quarter the tomato, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Cut chili into fine rings. Grate the sliced cheese and mix with Altin Kaymak cream product. Now mix everything and season with salt, cumin and coriander.
2. Spread the mixture on half of each tortilla wrap, fold them together and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Once the cheese has melted
