Ingredients for eight people
1.5 kg of sliced GAZİ Kashkaval 1.5 kg of unpeeled potatoes 1 kg meat of your choice 1 kg of vegetables of choice (e.g. small gherkins, tomatoes, paprika, mushrooms, sweetcorn, silverskin onions, broccoli) Salt and pepper
Further ingredients as desired
16 slices of cattle salami 16 slices of cattle ham 16 prawns 2 avocados 4 slices of pineapple
1. Wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling water for around 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes, peel if required and cut into slices. Cut all the other ingredients into small pieces and place in small bowls. Arrange the cheese on a serving platter.
2. Place the ingredients in the raclette pans, cover with the GAZİ Kashkaval cheese and place for 4-5 minutes (depending on desired level of browning) under the grill of the raclette appliance.
