1. Wash and drain the blueberries
2. Mix the GAZİ Taze Peynir cream cheese, GAZİ stirred natural yoghurt and GAZİ Altin Kaymak in a bowl with the grated lemon skin, the pulp of the vanilla pod and the honey. Carefully add half of the blueberries to the cream.
3. Distribute the cream in four bowls.
4. Roughly crumble the ladyfingers or biscuit base and distribute over the cream.
5. Garnish the cream with blueberries.
