60 g GAZİ butter 60 g sugar 8 ripe figs, cleaned and halved lengthwise Flour for dusting Puff pastry (from the refrigerated section, 25 × 25 cm)
150 g Mascarpone, room temperature 100 g GAZİ feta cheese Classic 65 % 6 tbsp 6 teaspoons icing sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (top/bottom heat). Add butter and sugar to the pan on medium heat. Cook while constantly stirring until the sugar dissolves and everything is well mixed. If necessary, add some water so that the caramel does not burn. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Place the figs with the cut surface facing down into the caramel. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut a circle with a plate (24 cm Ø) and place it over the figs. Press on the edges.
3. Bake at top height for 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then place on a large plate and pour the liquid caramel out of the pan.
4. In the meantime, put all the ingredients for the mascarpone in a large bowl and stir thoroughly until smooth. Refrigerate until used. Serve the warm tart with the mascarpone.
