Power breakfast omelette with sheep cheese

ingredients for 4 portions

  • 8 eggs
    4 tbsp GAZİ milk
    2 tomatoes
    10 basil leaves
    200 g GAZİ sheep cheese
      salt
      ground pepper
    4 tsp olive oil
    4 tsp GAZİ butter
       
  • Preparation

    1. Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl until well mixed. Remove the tomato stalks and blanch, then remove the peel, quarter and remove the seeds.

    2. Dice the tomatoes and mix with 6 basil leaves then crumble the GAZİ sheep cheese into the mix and stir well adding salt and pepper to season.

    3. Heat 1 tsp of oil and one of GAZİ butter in a frying pan. Add a quarter of the egg mixture and start to cook  on a low heat.     4.When the omelette is  finished, fold together and decorate with a basil leaf. Prepare the remaining 3 omelettes the same way.

    Tip: Try serving with an orange and basil smoothy.
