INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PORTION
15 g walnuts 10 g hazelnuts 20 g cashews 1 tbsp agave nectar 20 g oatmeal (rolled) 1/4 cinnamon stick 150 g GAZİ stirred natural yogurt lactose-free 150 g blueberries
70 g cranberries blueberries the homemade granola
1. Preheat oven (top/bottom heat: 180°C/convection: 155°C). Chop walnuts, hazelnuts and cashews into small pieces. Mix nuts, agave nectar, oatmeal and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
2. In the meantime, add GAZİ natural yogurt and blueberries to a bowl. Finely mix with an immersion blender.
3. Arrange yogurt and blueberry mixture in a bowl and sprinkle with cranberries, blueberries and granola.
