1. Mix the Küchle cookie dough with the soft GAZİ butter and the GAZİ UHT milk for two minutes to form a smooth dough. Carefully stir in the chocolate chips.
2. Using a teaspoon or a small ice cream scoop and form small piles on a tray covered with baking paper.
3. Freeze the cookie dough for 10 minutes and then roll the dough into small balls. Freeze the dough again for 30 minutes.
Beat the cream until stiff and carefully stir in the condensed milk and GAZİ cream yoghurt with a whisk.Put in an ice cream maker and run for about 20-30 minutes until a creamy, firm ice cream has formed. Layer the ice cream together with the frozen cookie dough balls in a flat dish and freeze until ready to serve.
Tip: only add about half the cookie dough balls – freeze the rest for the next serving of ice cream.
1. Spread the ice cream in a flat dish and freeze for about 3-4 hours. Stir once every 30 minutes to freeze more evenly. Add the cookie dough balls and stir in gently. Cover the ice cream and freeze until ready to serve.
Tip: home-made ice cream melts faster than the store-bought stuff, since there are no preservatives or additives. But it is also fresh and contains only the ingredients that you use.
