Ingredients for 4 servings
3 tomatoes 1 tbsp capers 6–8 radishes 1 orange bell pepper 4 green onions 1 red chili pepper Juice of 1 big orange Juice of 1 lime Salt and freshly ground black pepper 250 g smoked salmon
For the dressing
4–6 tbsp GAZİ natural yogurt Juice of 1 lemon 1 pinch of five-spice powder
1. Core the tomatoes and dice them. Chop the capers roughly, dice the radishes and the bell peppers, cut the green onions into fine rings and remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop it. Mix everything together and add the orange juice and lime juice. Season the salad with salt and pepper; let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl; season to taste. Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces.
3. Immediately before serving, add the salmon pieces to the radish salad. Serve with the yoghurt dressing.
