Preparation
1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces. In a blender, add the mango, yogurt, ice cubes, water, cardamom and lime juice and purée evenly for one minute.
2. Season with maple syrup to taste.
3. Put the mango lassi in glasses and garnish with red pepper, mint, lime zest and coconut flakes.
