The perfect mango lassi

ingredients for 4 Portions

  • 250 ml GAZİ lactose-free stirred Natural Yogurt 3.5%
    2 very ripe honey mango
      a few ice cubes
      a shot of water
      cardamom
      maple syrup for sweetening
      lime juice from one organic lime
  • For the decoration

      red pepper
      lime peel
      coconut flakes

  • Preparation

    1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces. In a blender, add the mango, yogurt, ice cubes, water, cardamom and lime juice and purée evenly for one minute.

    2. Season with maple syrup to taste.

    3. Put the mango lassi in glasses and garnish with red pepper, mint, lime zest and coconut flakes.
