The perfect mango lassi

  • For 2 servings

    Ingredients

    125 ml GAZİ lactose-free stirred Natural Yogurt 3.5%
    1 very ripe mango
    a few ice cubes
    a shot of water
    1/2 tsp cardamom
    maple syrup for sweetening
    lime juice from one organic lime
  • For the decoration

    red pepper
    lime peel
    coconut flakes
  • Preparation

    1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces. In a blender, add the mango, yogurt, ice cubes, water, cardamom and lime juice and purée evenly for one minute.

    2. Season with maple syrup to taste.

    3. Put the mango lassi in glasses and garnish with red pepper, mint, lime zest and coconut flakes.

  • Preparation
