INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
350 g GAZİ Sheep Milk Cheese 125 ml olive oil 1 tbsp. citrus juice Oregano Salt and pepper 2 courgette 8 cocktail tomatoes 3 tsp. olive oil (to fry)
1. Cut the GAZİ Sheep Milk Cheese into approx. 1 cm thick cubes and put them into a flat bowl.
2. Stir the oil with the citrus juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Brush the cheese cubes with it. Cover and keep cold for approx. 1 hour.
3. Cut the courgette into thin slices, lengthwise. And wrap around the sheep milk cheese with it. Put the cocktail tomatoes alternately on the skewers.
4. The skewers are ready on the grill or in a pan (with oil) for about 3–4 minutes on each side brushing with the remaining marinade.
Tastes great with grilled baguette.
